Mandurah, Western Australia
A Home with a History
Historic Family Holiday Home
Our Story
Built for the River. Made for Families.
Mandurah River Front is not a new build dressed up to look old. It is the real thing.
The property sits directly on the Mandurah Estuary, a stretch of Western Australian waterway that has drawn families south of Perth for as long as anyone can remember. The home carries the quiet character that only time and care can produce: wide timber boards, rooms that breathe, and windows that frame the river like paintings.
Over the years, generations of families have made their summer traditions here. The morning fish off the jetty. The afternoon scramble onto the sand beach. The evening ritual of watching the pelicans cross the last of the light. These rhythms belong to the place, and they are waiting for you to step into them.
The home has been looked after with genuine affection. Every improvement has respected what was already there. The result is a property that feels rooted, generous, and genuinely rare in an era when most holiday accommodation looks and feels exactly the same.
What We Believe
The Right Kind of Holiday
Unhurried Time
A holiday on the river moves at its own pace. There is no agenda here, just the water, the light, and the particular pleasure of having nowhere urgent to be.
Space for Everyone
Big families need room to coexist happily. The home offers generous indoor space and a garden and foreshore that give children room to be children, properly.
A Real Home
This is not a serviced apartment or a styled rental. It is a home, with all the warmth that word implies. Cook a meal, sit on the veranda, and settle in properly.
The Setting
Mandurah at Its Best
The Mandurah Estuary is one of Western Australia's most beloved waterways. This property sits right on it.
The town of Mandurah sits at the meeting point of the Murray River, the Serpentine River, and the Indian Ocean. The estuary that results is calm, wide, and full of life: dolphins, pelicans, black swans, and some of the best fishing in the south-west.
From the property you can walk to Mandurah's cafes and restaurants, hire a kayak or paddleboard from the foreshore, or simply stay put and let the river do what it does best.
- Direct estuary frontage with private jetty and sand beach
- Walking distance to Mandurah foreshore and town centre
- Dolphins and wildlife regularly spotted from the property
- One hour's drive south of Perth
The Property
See It for Yourself
"The kind of place that changes the way your family spends a week together. The river does that to you."
